SPACT Privacy Policy
SPACT is a school management platform used by schools to connect authorized staff, parents, and students. The school is generally responsible for deciding which school records are entered and who may access them; SPACT processes those records to provide the contracted service.
Information we process
Depending on the modules enabled by a school, this may include account names, phone numbers and email addresses; student and guardian records; attendance, academic and activity information; messages; transport and pickup records; payment and invoice status; health or care information; photos, videos, documents, and voice attendance recordings; and device notification tokens. Payment card details entered on an external payment provider are not stored by SPACT.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, provide school workflows, deliver notices, protect accounts, support authorized users, maintain audit trails, and operate and improve reliability. SPACT does not sell personal information and does not use school records for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Who can receive information
Records are available only to the school and users authorized by their roles. We may use contracted infrastructure and delivery providers for hosting, storage, push notifications, transactional email, and school-approved automation. Providers receive only the information needed to perform their service and are not permitted to use school data for their own advertising.
Children and school records
SPACT is provided through schools. Student accounts and records should be created only by an authorized school or guardian under the school’s policies and applicable law. The app is not designed to collect information directly from children for advertising.
Retention, security, and rights
Records are retained according to the school’s instructions, service requirements, and applicable legal obligations. We use access controls, encryption in transit, tenant separation, backups, and audit logging. A parent, student, or staff member may ask their school administrator to access, correct, export, or delete eligible information. Requests concerning SPACT’s own processing may be sent to privacy@spactapp.com.
Changes
We may update this policy when features, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
سياسة خصوصية SPACT
SPACT منصة لإدارة المدارس تربط الموظفين وأولياء الأمور والطلاب المصرح لهم. تحدد المدرسة عادةً السجلات التي تُدخل إلى النظام ومن يحق له الوصول إليها، وتعالج SPACT هذه السجلات لتقديم الخدمة المتفق عليها.
البيانات التي نعالجها
قد تشمل بيانات الحساب والتواصل، وسجلات الطلاب وأولياء الأمور، والحضور والنتائج والأنشطة والرسائل والنقل والاستلام، وحالة الفواتير والمدفوعات، والبيانات الصحية أو اليومية، والصور والفيديوهات والمستندات والتسجيلات الصوتية الخاصة بالحضور، ورموز إشعارات الأجهزة. لا تخزن SPACT بيانات البطاقات التي تُدخل لدى مزود دفع خارجي.
أغراض الاستخدام
نستخدم البيانات لتسجيل الدخول وتشغيل خدمات المدرسة وإرسال الإشعارات وحماية الحسابات ودعم المستخدمين المصرح لهم وحفظ سجلات التدقيق وتحسين موثوقية الخدمة. لا تبيع SPACT البيانات الشخصية ولا تستخدم سجلات المدرسة للإعلانات أو التتبع بين التطبيقات.
الوصول ومزودو الخدمة
تتاح السجلات للمدرسة وللمستخدمين وفق صلاحياتهم فقط. قد نستعين بمزودي بنية تحتية وتخزين وإشعارات وبريد إلكتروني وأتمتة معتمدة من المدرسة، ولا يحصلون إلا على البيانات اللازمة لتقديم خدمتهم.
بيانات الأطفال
تُقدّم SPACT من خلال المدارس، ويجب إنشاء حسابات الطلاب وسجلاتهم بواسطة مدرسة أو ولي أمر مخول ووفق سياسة المدرسة والقانون المعمول به. التطبيق غير مصمم لجمع بيانات الأطفال لأغراض إعلانية.
الحفظ والأمان والحقوق
نحفظ السجلات وفق تعليمات المدرسة ومتطلبات الخدمة والالتزامات القانونية. نستخدم ضوابط وصول وتشفيرًا أثناء النقل وفصل بيانات المدارس ونسخًا احتياطية وسجلات تدقيق. يمكن طلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو التصدير أو حذف البيانات المؤهلة من إدارة المدرسة، كما يمكن التواصل عبر privacy@spactapp.com.
