Authorized school use

SPACT is provided to participating schools and users they authorize. You must use the account issued to you, keep credentials confidential, and follow your school’s policies. You may not attempt to access another person’s or school’s records, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful or harmful material.

School responsibility

Each school controls its users, permissions, records, notices, and operational decisions. SPACT supports school workflows but does not replace professional, medical, safeguarding, financial, or emergency judgment.

Content and communications

Schools and authorized users remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information they submit. You grant SPACT permission to process submitted content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SPACT reliable and secure, but maintenance, network failures, and events outside our control may interrupt access. Features may change as the platform evolves. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by a revised effective date.

Suspension and contact

A school or SPACT may suspend access when needed to protect users, comply with law, address misuse, or end a service agreement. Questions may be sent to support@spactapp.com.
